The Gadget Twins is a strange or perhaps eccentric obscurity about two planes, Bop and Bump, who have to get back some magic gem that a bad guy named Thump stole. It's a very straightforward and simple game, but beyond its cutesy and childish exterior lies a deceptively challenging game. I doubt I could've beat this game when I was a kid. The game prides itself on the ability to alter the weapons of all four sides of your plane by spending money in level shops. You can make an interesting monstrosity by the end of the game. This game also features two player co-op, though I've yet to even test it.

Power-ups are mostly random, though some are preset so as to give you a break. This game was also supposedly released for Amiga and Atari-St, though I don't know if either ever officially saw the light of day. This isn't the first game I'd think to play, but it's okay.
