15Game developers need to unionize - That's the long and short of this video
I wanna talk about game developers and why you would want to be one? Especially when they're treated so poorly. There's a lot of people who would love to be involved in the game development process I'm sure, myself included!
But game developers are treated so badly from the perspective of work life balance and pay and it sucks even more when they make successful games that get released to great success and still get fired. This is done all in the pursuit of profit and the higher ups in game developers getting huge bonus' for doing very little work. It sucks.
