34It's been a couple of months now since season 6 of Game of Thrones wrapped up and I can't help but feel a little let down. I'm still a fan of the show but as a hardcore book reader I just had to get my thoughts out on why the quality of story telling between the Book vs Show was so different.
So Basically...
A Song of Ice and Fire is complex where as Game of Thrones is more in your face, straight to the point. Unreliable narration, seeing through the eyes of many different characters, Ned, Catelyn, Tyrion etc gives the books the edge on this one.
