Seems like Capcom is up to their old tricks again, but who didn't see this coming? I guess the days of giving Gamers a full experience is over. Planned DLC before a game comes out looks bad, no matter what company is doing it.

This will NOT stop GOTY or Gold Editions though. This is Capcom nickel and diming their customer for a full experience, and we saw what happened with Street Fighter 4.
