5We have finally reached the end of our journey with Fatal Fury 6. Garou Mark of the Wolves was the most recent entry before the arcades vanished. The animation and spritework from SNK are at their peak, with an all-new roster besides Terry and a huge time leap in the story. The system has completely changed with the lane system scrapped and super motions streamlined. A new T.O.P. system allows you to acquire a spike of power based on the portion of health you select, and with precise blocking, you can just defend to slightly heal. This game lives up to the hype of one of the greatest 2D fighters of the era, and we will finally see the story move forward after many years of waiting.
