23This is the currently best all around vehicle build map available, it has many different functional areas and fun tracks to ride, it however can get boring to play on this too much as the main track is maybe a bit too simple, therefore: 8/10 very good build-map!

You're missing Half-life Episode 2. Buy it from the steam store or get free content from here[www.garrysmod.org]
Your map [maps/gm_carcon_ws.bsp] differs from the server's.
The server needs to update the workshop addon. Ask the owner or an admin to restart it.
If you're sure the server runs the latest version try removing the gm_carcon_ws_carconstruct_b1-9_206869955.gma from your addons folder and restart your game.
