I cleaned those motherboards yesterday. I am making a good lens assembly. Luckily, this fully works at first try. My disk door switch is stuck on, but all I needed for a tester. These extra Spindles work doing a quick test. I can hear the sound a good read makes when I know the lens assembly is fully working. I don't need to see it load and play for fast test. I have tweaked and quickly fixed thousands of these so far, mostly with POT adjustment.
