Part 14 - A Difficult Choice [Ending]
We are entering the final episode of this series, and nearing the conclusion of the Gears 5 story. We have one more beacon to deploy, then the Hammer of Dawn is operational. We defend the area while the beacons sync up, before heading towards our next objective. Just when we think we're safe, the queen herself shows up and grabs JD and Del, and forces Kait to make a difficult choice on who lives and who dies. I'll leave it up to you to see who we choose. Wracked with guilt and grief, we press onward. We fight through the pain, and eventually reach our squad again where we share the bad news. We continue moving forward until we reach the capital, where we come face to face with the Kracken again. This time though, we are going to put it down for good, using turrets and explosions. With the Kracken down, we can finally rest for a moment, and our journey has come to an end. Thank you all who checked this series out, Wizbef and I had a great time playing it.
