You load 16 Tons, and what do you get? A Mega Drive game for the MegaNet... modem. This never saw a physical release outside of a MegaNet CD compilation of games for the modem and probably doesn't need one now or ever, but as a curiosity it's fun to explore these obscure titles on Genesis Does. The premise of the game is certainly fun! You're a frustrated computer programmer who decides to LITERALLY squash the bugs in his code under massive blocks of weight. Sadly the game reaches the limits of that premise when there are too many objects on the screen and it slows way down, meaning in a cruel ironic twist the game itself is crushed under its own weight.
