Genshin Impact - 159 - what Is Wrong With Xingqiu?
0Hey everyone and welcome back to Genshin Impact.
We are back in Inazuma for a new day of the festival, this means another boat will be arriving soon and we need to greet them. This ship is from Liyue and Xingqiu will be onboard, we are not going to mention the stolen book as we don't want to panic him. Xingqiu is just sitting there asleep, he's so tired he cant keep his eyes open. Even whilst talking to us Xingqiu is yawning and falling asleep. Xingqiu found a piece of paper located under his bag, it seems to be from the same story we found last time. Whilst Xingqiu is in Inazuma he would really like to meet with Calx in person, this is something we would be able to help with.
We take Xingqiu to meet with Albedo for the first time. We tell Albedo that Xingqiu found another part of the story, this will help to inspire Albedo's painting and reveal more of the story to us. Albedo wants to explain the story over food with Xingqiu. We all believe that Xingqiu is also acting a little strange but why? Albedo comes up with a plan to try and find out what is going on. It seems that the parts of the poem we are finding it lining up with our friends, first Venti and now Xingqiu. We wait until the agreed time and head to the restaurant to meet with Xingqiu. We need to find out if Xingqiu has already been in Inazuma before arriving on the ship, to do this we ask around to find out some information about the trip Xingqiu would have had if he travelled all the way from Liyue.
We tell Albedo what information we found before Xingqiu arrived. Once he arrives we order food together and begin talking trying to find out more about what happened. We are able to find some information from Xingqiu but we still need more to confront him. Whilst Albedo is talking with Xingqiu, Xingqiu mentions that he knows what the drawings in his book look like. Albedo points out there is no way he should know this information. Together we confront Xingqiu to find out what is going on. Xingqiu is about to explain when Venti enters the room! Before we are able to get a word in Venti says they have caught someone who has stolen all of the book. Xingqiu seems concerned about the person who have been caught and asks for our help saving them?!?
Together we go to catch up with Sara, when we arrive Xingqiu goes to explain everything but it seems the situation has already been resolved. Even though it is embarrassing to him Xingqiu tells us the truth. Xingqiu's book were supposed to sold at the festival with a signature. Xingqiu needed to practice his signature for these book and over time this has taken up so much time. Now we understand why the books were taken in the first place we are able to tell Xingqiu everything that is happened at the festival so far.
We are able to see the next part of the story that Albedo has now painted. Albedo uses Xingqiu as a reference for his painting, whilst Xingqiu practises his handwriting some more.
