I made it a goal of mine as of 2015 is when I go to a new country I will get a tattoo there. Thanks to some dude who I met at a Quizno's near Taipei 101 he told me about them. They are kinda pricey but the atmosphere and attitude of the staff is worth the extra cost. Be prepared to have some shit written out in Chinese before going there since they don't really speak English there.
