TKYO EATZ: Japanese Fried Tofu
90I decided to start an occasional on and off series of where I will cook or introduce cool eating places to you sexy motherfuckers. This week I choose fried tofu because I had been watching a certain vlogger who kept eating it. After like 10 seconds of research online and and going to my local vegetable store I got the tofu. Here is the recipe for you all (I just winged all the measurements):
1. Preheat frypan with sessame seed oil
2. Take tofu out of packaging, squeeze water out like in the video
3. Slice into pieces, then fry on both sides evenly
4. Take out and apply spices to it
5. Enjoy
