Ghamak- checking out Ghamak's modular barbarians!
87Ghamak has made some interesting models in his time on Patreon. While a few are a bit too on the nose for my tastes, the barbarians he did recently were a great set.
Modular weapons across the entire group, both genders dressed for battle in reasonable attire, and mounted options as well make for an attractive bundle.
Besides the variety of weapons, I like the fact that there's nothing overtly evil or chaos- related to these models. No grisly trophies, no over designed mutations, nothing flash or fancy on their gear either. You could certainly use them as chaos warriors, but I think if you went the Warhammer route I think they'd work great as Chaos Marauders. You've practically got an entire warband's wroth of material here with all the options available and mirroring a few poses. They'd also make great Varangur for Kings of War, or an encounter for Frostgrave.
The models scale well with a lot of the other barbarian types on the market as well.
Outside of the pinup model I didn't feel the models were overly sexualized either, and that's a model that's a bonus anyways and easily skipped if you aren't interested...
Honestly my favorite is the champion. I dig her cool hair and giant sword. Most likely when I get more of these guys painted I'll print out the mounted version of her.
