"Mundfish, the developer and publisher behind 'Atomic Heart,' is preparing to launch an ambitious new title on Steam called 'The CUBE.' This upcoming game is categorized as a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game, or MMORPG shooter, blending persistent online world elements with deep character progression and robust shooting mechanics. While its release date remains unannounced, 'The CUBE' promises a truly unique world-building experience alongside an intriguing narrative, all set within a 'living world full of memorable characters, diverse biomes, and tons of enemies, including powerful bosses.' Central to this experience is a colossal, 'giant, levitating Cube with rotating rows and edges,' which hides an 'unknown equation capable of altering the laws of reality,' serving as the core mystery and a potential driver for the entire plot.

The gameplay is deeply rooted in classic survival and action elements. Players will engage in extensive exploration across its open world, undertaking exciting quests and confronting a diverse array of threats. This includes managing resources, crafting essential supplies, and building shelters, alongside intense combat against various adversaries. The game emphasizes its multiplayer and co-op features, highlighting a strong focus on online interaction and collaborative play.
