Glitches Tips | Castlevania Symphony of the Night - Part 4 - Secret Ending
756This time around we're featuring a way to get around the spikes in the Royal Cathedral, as well as a secret ending for hardcore players that get 300% map completion. Information for the double heart refresh glitch follows:
1. Get Duplicator and 2x Heart Refreshes
2. Find an area where you can jump out of the frame, but be sure to use the heart refreshes before you cross into the next screen (mid-jump). Alternating between the two heart refreshes enough will shift you several pixels beyond certain areas, allowing you to fall through the floor.
3. ???
4. Profit!
Also, as far as the secret ending goes...it's actually cobbled together from multiple endings to provide something of a representation of what this hidden ending would have looked like. The zoomed in part demonstrates the four demons Maria is likely referencing. It's a shame that an ending featuring a battle with both Richter and Maria was cut.
