Glitching Harder Than Any Saint Has Ever Glitched Before - Saints Row IV: Re-Elected
4Oh I did it THIS time! I succeeded in purposely creating another permanent fallout, but at what cost??
Well, the cost of failing in the most glorious way possible! This was WAY more... enlightening than I could've ever expected!
Only in the end... I didn't learn shit.
I mean I KINDA know what caused the glitch (the Warden did his auto-slam on The Boss the moment she slammed into the ground with her nuclear Death From Above), but I don't know why it caused... all of that stuff to happen SPECIFICALLY.
I said it in the video, but all analog control was fucked. Triangle, Circle, L1, and R1 also weren't working. The Boss also seemed to be invincible and also had no HUD.
It was REALLY weird.
No amount of resourceful thinking was able to fully get me out of this one. I was able to figure out how to nullify the Warden, but couldn't finish him. I was able to figure out how to get TO a Gateway (sorry for triggering some people by calling them "Portals"), but couldn't go to the Ship with them. I was able to figure out how to make The Boss fully mobile, but couldn't do anything with it aside from ride around the city completely freely in broad daylight.
An outcome which I'd been trying to achieve all along, admittedly, but not while stuck fused to the motorcycle. That was the slight hitch in the plan. But I mean... how entertaining would it have been if everything had gone RIGHT. This wouldn't even have been a video if I hadn't fucked things royally!
This was the only time where someone could've found her and been been able to have their way with her, only she's such a twisted deviant that she'd find a way to make it HER having her way with THEM in the end. Her power and sadism knows no bounds, even when she can't properly move or is stuck to a bike. You can't out-fuck the Queen Fucker herself. Anything you can do, she can do better. She can do anything better than you.
Also apparently doing a super jump the moment she got hit with a power-sucking grenade made The Boss jump REALLY high, as you see she was able to ascend high enough in a single jump to do a nuclear DFA without any additional help. I'm also surprised it let her even DO a DFA while her powers were drained. Almost like it did the exact OPPOSITE Of that. Might have to do further testing with that and see if I manage to break the game in some OTHER unforseen and seemingly unrelated way.
But for now, I'm rating this glitch a meme/10.
