Hey guys! What's up?
This video is all about the magic item Glowing Wand.
We'll test out its unique passive "Scorch" on different scenarios.
Scorch's extra damage is based on the enemy's current HP.
It deals magic damage three times.

Once your skill lands, the first damage is applied to the enemy.
After one second the 2nd damage is applied.
After two seconds, the third damage shows up.

If you want to continuously trigger Scorch, you have to use your skills every 2 seconds.
If you cast two skills too fast, only one instance will occur.

Will it stack when two heroes are using Glowing Wand?
Yes it does stack.

Scorch can be activated on multiple targets at the same time from a single skill.

Execute and Retribution can trigger Glowing Wand's passive.

The maximum damage on Turtle and Lord is 100.

Some skills can easily trigger two instance of Glowing Wand's passive.

Harley's ultimate.
Vexana's ultimate.
Gord's second skill and ultimate, if the enemy stays within the skill range.
Angela's 2nd skill, if the enemy stays within her range.

Harley's basic attack and Estes's passive cannot trigger Glowing Wand's unique passive.

Odette's passive can trigger Scorch.

Let's test if Scorch damage can be included in spell vamp.
The spell vamp is 201 when equipped with Glowing Wand.
This time Gusion is equipped with Ice Queen Wand and Arcane Boots to copy the stats of Glowing Wand.
Same number as before.
Glowing Wand's unique passive damage is not included in spell vamp.

There is a bug with Glowing Wand when used with a melee hero.
You can activate Scorch, when hitting multiple targets with basic attacks.

I'd recommend this item to any mage heroes with long range skills, low cooldown and can target multiple enemies.
It is a good item to poke enemies from afar while they still have full HP.
High HP means higher damage for Glowing Wand.
The enemy tank's HP will melt if you can cast continuously from a distance.
Its effectiveness declines as the enemy HP goes down.

Angela can use this well because of the exact two second cooldown of her first skill.
When you use the skill consecutively, Glowing Wand's unique passive is triggered on every skill casted.

Kagura can use Glowing Wand because of the range of her umbrella.
You'll be able to deal a decent amount of damage on full HP enemies even before the clash begins.
