God Hand HARD MODE Tutorial ,Part 4, Stage 4 (Commentary, Playstation 2)
0Very hard stage taking nearly 100 continues for me to beat but I explain how to really budget your items and make the most out of everything available for crowd control , skipping many encounters, in each area. I also explain that you should get the Hand Plant Kick IMMEDIATELY at the start of this level for 110,000 gold in the between stage shop. Farm money at the casino with saves and loads if you need to but it will make things MUCH easier for the rest of the game.
The Hand Plant Kick dodges nearly all attacks (high attacks, which is most) and hits with a super high frequency, each hit meaning it launches the enemy upward and then by pressing Triangle while the enemy is airborne you can launch the enemy into the distance hitting other enemies for ultimate crowd control. Had I known about this at this point in the game this level would have been so much easier. I will demonstrate it later in the tutorial when I finally figure it out. Definately by the end of the game I use it HEAVILY. The tutorial is deceptive as I died many times on many of these areas, which is shown at the end of each stage clear screen. Be persistant and keep the strategies in mind that I show. None of them require a deep understanding of the combat mechanics. Its just a matter of practicing crowd control. If you beat the first stage on Hard you can beat the rest of the game. First stage is the hardest on Hard.
