God of War on Android TV with Nvidia Cloud Gaming - Part 17: Baldur's Curse and Odin's Secret
In this video, I play God of War on Android TV using Nvidia Cloud Gaming. This is part 17 of my gameplay series, where I show you how the game performs on the cloud. I am not a professional player and I make many mistakes along the way.
In the beginning of this video, we see Baldur in Helheim, where he is haunted by illusions of his past. He sees himself talking to the witch of the woods, who is revealed to be his mother. He blames her for giving him a curse that makes him unable to feel anything: no pain, no pleasure, no heat, no cold. He says he would rather die than live like this forever.
The witch, who is also the mother of Freya, explains that she did this to protect him from a prophecy that said he would die a needless death. She says she loves him and she begs him to forgive her. But Baldur rejects her and says he hates her more than anything.
Meanwhile, Kratos and Atreus witness this scene and learn the truth about the witch's identity. They also realize that Baldur is their enemy and that they have to stop him from finding them.
The adventure continues and Kratos and his son reach a ship that can take them to Jotunheim, the realm of the giants. But the ship is not an ordinary one: it flies in the air thanks to two braziers that must be kept lit at all times. The ship is also guarded by Odin's ravens and other creatures that try to sabotage it and make it fall.
Kratos and Atreus have to fight their way through the ship and keep the fire burning. They also have to deal with Mimir, the talking head that they carry with them. Mimir knows a lot about Norse mythology and he tells them stories and secrets along the way.
The adventure continues and they reach Odin's hidden chamber, where they find a giant door that leads to Jotunheim. But the door is locked and they need a special key to open it. The key can only be forged by a dwarf named Sindri, who is one of the two brothers who made Kratos' axe and Atreus' bow.
Kratos and Atreus have to find Sindri and convince him to help them. They also have to face more enemies and challenges on their way. Will they be able to reach Jotunheim and fulfill their quest? Watch the video and find out!
