God of War Ragnarok Dragon Beach Collectible Locations
Dragon Beach contains 4 Collectible Locations in God of War Ragnarok. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Dragon Beach Region in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Nothing is missable, everything can be collected after the story.

Nornir Chests: 1
Lore: 1
Buried Treasure: 1
Yggdrasil Rifts: 1
When you first visit the area in the story, you are still missing the unlockable skills needed to reach some collectibles. This walkthrough is intended for use after the story.

#1 – Lore (Rune Read – Don’t Breath) : 00:00
In the middle of the beach, check the blue glowing glyphs under the wooden bridge.

#2 – Yggdrasil Rift : 00:28
Climb up the gold chain on the left side of the beach. Then throw a spear at the wind coming out the wooden pole (story unlock from Main Mission 10: Forging Destiny). This creates a path to climb up. At the top you can press :circle: to swing over to the bridge, turn right to crouch under the broken piece of wood to find the Yggdrasil Rift behind. Interact with it and defeat the enemies that come out of it.

#3 – Buried Treasure (Treasure Map – Washed Ashore) : 01:53
On the right side of the beach, beneath the foot of the big dragon skeleton, check for a golden glow in the sand. For the treasure to spawn you must first have collected the Treasure Map, it’s from the Lore Scroll collectible found in Svartalfheim - Alberich Island. See Alberich Island Collectibles: #6 Lore (Treasure Map – Washed Ashore). You’ll get it automatically when going for 100% completion in Alberich Island. Backtrack here afterward, the treasure will then glow golden on the ground. You always need the treasure map first for the treasure itself to spawn.

#4 – Nornir Chest : 03:54
The chest is on the left side of the beach, left of the Lore collectible. To open it, you must destroy the 3 seal totems behind the geysers in the area. They are hard to see through the geysers, so first throw your axe at the geysers to freeze them, then you can see the seal behind. Aim at it, retrieve your axe with :triangle: and then throw the axe through the geysers. The first is directly behind the chest. The second is behind the dragon statue on the right side of the beach. The third is behind the geyser at the west side of the beach, close to where you can dock your boat. After hitting all 3 seals the chest can be opened.

That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Dragon Beach area in God of War Ragnarok.

God of War Ragnarök is an action-adventure video game developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It was released worldwide on November 9, 2022, for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, marking the first cross-gen release in the series. It is the ninth installment in the God of War series, the ninth chronologically, and the sequel to 2018's God of War. Loosely based on Norse mythology, the game is set in ancient Scandinavia and feature series protagonist Kratos (Christopher Judge) and his teenage son Atreus (Sunny Suljic). Serving as the finale to the Norse era of the series, the game covers Ragnarök, the eschatological event which is central to Norse mythology and was foretold to happen in the previous game after Kratos killed the Æsir god Baldur.
