Godfall: Blessings of Luck Stack (Tested)
18Hello, there are many rumors floating around in the community that suggest that blessings of luck stack. As you may know there are a few variations double primary stats of blessing of luck can role. This video showcases on one of those variations; greater blessings of luck (GBoL) and blessings of luck (BoL) that happen to role on a Blade of Conquest (BoC).
I used a Sword of Dominance (SoD) that rolled with a single GBoL as my comparative test weapon.
Test Methodology:
*Remove all all gear that effect critical hit chance.
*Ensure base critical hit chance is equal for both weapons.
*Use Void Shell and it's over-health gain ability as the indicator to visually confirm a successfully critical hit. Meaning that every time a tick of over-health is gained, as success critical hit has occurred.
*Use the longswords northern technique (NT) to execute the hits.
*Perform 20 NT's for each weapon. Each NT is a 4-hit slash which equals 80 total hits (20*4=80)
Results:
SoD: 55 successful critical hits out of 80 attacks. (55/80)*100=68.75. This means 68.75% of the attacks were critical hits.
BoC: 79 successful critical hits out of 80 attacks. (79/80)*100-98.75. This means 98.75% of the attacks were critical hits.
Conclusion:
In my opinion, confirmed actual critical hit chance percentages of the GBoL and BoL are still unknown. Because of this I wont' attempt to try and calculate the critical hit chances each weapon had while GBoL and BoL were active. However, I feel one can safely make the assumption and conclude based off of this data that critical hit chance on the BoC is higher than that of the SoD. There could be many reason why this is the case, and one potentially sound reason is that some form critical hit chance is stacking on the BoC that allowed the weapon to crit 30% more than the SoD. This test data clearly supports the theory that GBoL and BoL may stack when rolled on the same weapon.
