GoldenEye 007 can actually run at 60 FPS on a console
Okay, this might not be the most exciting video out there, but this is footage of GoldenEye 007 running on a console with no modifications (so no overclocking) at 60 FPS. It happens that when you load the empty Bunker default level, since the game has so little to load (pretty much just the background or level geometry, there's no setup or objects in it at all), it's capable of displaying 60 FPS in certain areas, particularly outside. I was running the game with a GameShark Pro, but the only code I had on was the one to disable the antialiasing of the game, hence the pixelated look (and no, disabling the antialiasing does not improve framerate on the game at all). I was experimenting with pixel perfect Nintendo 64 capture with my current setup, and this was pretty useful for those tests.
In normal gameplay is VERY rare to get this game to run at 60 FPS on a console, but you can see it on Frigate after you have cleared the level of hostages and enemies, if you go to the front of the ship and look into the ocean through the left side, there's a small area in which the game will actually run at 60 FPS.
