In this chapter, Niko runs a couple more errands for Manny Escuela, but is generally more attracted to another dangerous friend of Mallorie's, drug queen Elizabeta Torres. After a particularly difficult mission in which he has to recover Elizabeta's stolen coke from a decrepit hospital, fighting off waves of bandits and cops, Nico has an unpleasant revelation about his girlfriend Michelle - and soon after this, Elizabeta also puts an end to Niko's relations with Manny, in a fairly straightforward manner.
