Recipe as written:

2 T. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. cut-up green pepper
1/4 t. celery salt
1 t. Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
1 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni (cooked, rinsed and drained)
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 1/2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Chopped parsley
Grated cheese

Preheat pan to 360 deg. add fat. When melted add onion - fry stirring until just beginning to brown, add meat, fry, stirring frequently until browned. Pour off excess fat. Add tomatoes, celery, green peppers, seasonings, and cooked macaroni. Bring to a boil, cover, turn dial to about 220. Simmer about 35 minutes stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cheese.
