Gravity Circuit: Part 5: Medley/Wave Circuit Stage (100% Completed)
The third Rebel Circuit stage I take on is the City Center, led by Medley, the Wave Circuit (definitely "the cute one" of these bosses).
There are large speakers everywhere in this stage that have trapped all of the civilians in their range. It's Medley trying to advertise herself as a top Pop sensation.
Kernel is also a big fan of her, trying so hard not to let her musical charm get the best of him.
----------
The big speakers are the main hazards in this stage. They'll blurt out in a timely matter, which will hurt.
Other hazards can include certain surfaces that may release spikes when you touch them, or even innocent springs that may otherwise shoot you towards more lethal spikes sometimes.
----------
When you encounter Medley in her boss fight, you will literally fight her onstage and prove you're here for more than just an e-signature.
When you beat Medley, you gain the Wave Circuit to take back to Kernel. He'll be more upset that you didn't give him any e-signatures from Medley, though.
----------
If you found this stage's Palette Chip, bring it to Prim and pay her to make the Playful Blue alt color for you. This turns all of your jumps into spinning, damaging pirouettes, and combined with Nurse's Air Jumper Enhancement Chip, I ended up getting A LOT of milage out of sticking with this color for most of the rest of the playthrough.
If you beat Medley, Nega will now sell her Cycle Kick and Surface Render as Burst Techniques.
Also, I pissed off Medic (and Nurse) enough times with their tube that you actually end up having to pay for the damage put upon it.
You're NEVER going to break it, though, but you WILL be able to reach that Data Chip it’s guarding later.
The NPC you get to talk to after rescuing them from Wave Circuit's stage is... a dog bot named Amadeus. You CAN pet this dog, but I didn't know how to do this until much later (it was actually pretty simple, crouch and punch near it).
