Gray Dawn | Horror Adventure | 4K60 | Longplay Full Game Walkthrough No Commentary
Good/Best ending longplay of Gray Dawn, a 2018 Horror-FPP-Adventure (and a walking simulator) indie game, released on June 2018 on PC by romanian dev Interactive Stone, and then released the Xbox One/Series version in December 2023, just a few weeks ago. It depicts orthodox christian religious rituals, beliefs and icons as the main focus of the gameplay. This here is the Series X version of the game, played at and recorded at full 4K60, H.265 HEVC via OBS.
The game is set on Christmas Eve in 1920. Father Abraham has to solve several mysteries at once, starting with the disappearance of altar boy David. It is implied that Father Abraham has killed several children and he has to find evidence in order to save himself from wrongful persecution. In dream-like sequences, Abraham finds more clues in a world from David and finally uncovers what really happened. Father Abraham has to piece these clues together in order to prove his innocence — if he is innocent.
You will be entangled in a terrifying adventure of a priest on a quest to prove his innocence. Guilty or not, you find yourself trapped in the middle of strange events involving a demonic possession and divine apparitions.
Each time you remember the boy or hear about being accused of murder, you go into a trance fueled by fear. These moments of madness depict gore, repulsion towards God, and sometimes even the voice of the devil himself trying to convince you of things that may or may not be lies...
Gray Dawn takes place around the year 1920, in a remote village in England. Throughout the game, you will often be transported to the beautiful world of Romania, which is inspired by the mysticism of Eastern Europe.
