In this part, Furst says the skylight can't be opened. Gina says it CAN be opened, but only from the top. Ryunosuke opens the skylight and sees a telltale blood mark. This, combined with the blood mark on the floor of the carriage, prove that the victim was stabbed, then dropped into the carriage through the skylight.

Van Zieks objects, claiming the bloodstains are falsified evidence. That is, they were NOT in the carriage, when the trial began. Someone put them there, when the courtroom was evacuated. Ryunosuke is forced to admit that this is possible. Perhaps the bloodstains were added, at the same time someone removed equipment from the carriage seat.
