I'm splitting off from what what a newer player may want to use, but it all ultimately ends up at the same point: elemental damage! Unless I change my mind...

The character build so far: Nothing much happens in terms of skills: I put all my skill points into Iskandra's Elemental Exchange to boost the damage and future frequency of Panetti's Replicating Missile. Of more import is the acquisition of Milton's Casque. Milton's Casque is a Soldier focused Monster Infrequent, and as a result of that and its incredibly good resistances (which are random), I will be wearing this helm for quite some time. This is a VERY lucky drop for this build, and something I will keep on me even if I do not use all the associated benefits of it.
