After saying that S ranking the mission with starting stats in the Strike Dagger isn't possible I decided that I should test that and it turns out it very much is possible but a bit of a pain to do so.
To start you have to end the fight with the first two GINN units on the far side of the structure to protect yourself from beam rifle shots from the Duel ( for some reason it seems to love locking on to the player even more than the other two gundams.) and it should put your right in front of one of the next wave of GINN, use the building for cover before moving up to the next building in the distance, getting into position while letting your meter charge up then guard while you approach and hope the Duel doesn't stick around or the Blitz decides to bypass you by going over the building as either happening will likely cause the s rank to fail, using Hyper mode as soon as you can and using it to try and position both the Blitz and the Buster so that your ai partner can use their SP attack to hit both at the same time which is easier said than done.
when the Aegis spawns you will need to stall it somehow without losing health until you can use Hyper mode, afterwards pile on as many shots as you can to try and end the mission quickly as the point gap for an S rank with only two of the first wave Gundam units downed is very tight needing you to stay at high health and be done decently quickly.
