I had submitted a Grand Theft Auto III run earlier, with a time of somewhere under 2:47:50. It was decided that next time, I should aim for, at least, 10 - 15 minutes off of that time.

Well, on December 7th, I began work on the new run, which I finished 4 days later. The time came out to 2:06, which is something I can be proud of. I used some different methods to complete some of the missions, one of which was not planned (Silence The Sneak).

For example, I use the Dodo to fly near the construction site during "Grand Theft Aero", and I hang outside Luigi's club during "Sayonara Salvatore". The Dodo might have only saved me a small amount of time, as you could probably do the same thing in a fast car...as long as you don't get caught by the Staunton lift bridge.

As for "Sayonara Salvatore", I know that saved me a ton of time compared to my previous method of getting it done...which was to wait outside Salvatore's mansion, block off the garages, and blow his car up with a grenade when he tried to escape. That method is one that I find to be more of a sure thing though, but that's what saving is for. :)
