GTA 4 directory
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV
C:\Program Files (x86)\rockstar (this may not be right)

Step 1: Past commandline.txt in new txt tile doc.)
Step 2: past -availablevidmem 2.0 in txt doc. (change 3.0 to 4.0 or 5.0 or ect)
Step 3: Make a new shortcut of game
Step 3: go to shortcut properties and go to Target and past what you pasted in the Text doc.
Step 4: Apply
