Random Character Marnie Allen gameplay.

Here, Marnie Allen is unlocked for her first encounter after the storyline mission "Three Leaf Clover", found sitting on a bench in a small park located in the middle of City Hall, available only around noon in-game time.
Niko encounters Marnie. She begs him for money and/or drugs and is a young woman who has fallen victim by living on the streets. Niko feels sorry for her and agrees to take her to her dealer for a fix at Koresh Square in Alderney City. Upon arrival, he gives her $500 and sees her off.

The second encounter is unlocked after the same storyline and the first encounter, this time located near Bernie Crane's apartment in Varsity Heights, available only around noon in-game time.
Niko encounters Marnie again. She tells him that she has "screwed over a john" and now thinks he is going to kill her. Niko, again feeling sorry, agrees to take her to Grand Easton Terminal in order for Marnie to leave Liberty City to live with her parents in the Midwest. As he bids her farewell, he gives her $500 and tells her to look after herself.
