Before I started assembling my 2nd 100% Save File, I thought it would be a good idea to go through the game and not fail a single thing and see by 100%, how many Mission Offsets there are. However, this is for PS2 V1, but I also know the Offsets for the Mobile (Android and iOS) Versions of the game since I also did something similar when assembling my 1st 100% Save File on iOS some months ago. For this Video, I will explain the PS2 V1 Offsets FIRST and later come back and edit this Description with the Mobile Offsets. As for Xbox, PC, this or that, you're on your own!

Make note that this particular 2nd 100% Save File I am showing the Mission Attempts/Passed Stats in has ONE extra Mission Attempt due to obtaining the Unique/EP/FP RC Baron from "Beefy Baron." Beefy Baron, NO MATTER WHAT PLATFORM OR VERSION YOU PLAY ON, will give you a Mission Attempt every single time you touch the Red Marker! You can even PASS Beefy Baron and it will STILL continue to add Mission Attempts! You don't want that! I was forced to obtain it as such since obtaining the one from "Air Raid" is a nightmare with PASSING the Mission and on top of that, having an RC Baron that is EP/FP and not just EP Only! So in this case, I settled with one added Mission Attempt in the Stats by the end.

There is a grand total of 19 Offsets on PS2 V1 and they are as follows: Chiliad Challenge, Gym Moves in LS, SF, and LV, Driving School, Flying School, 6 Quarry Missions, and 7 Trucking Missions.

Note that there is actually MORE things in the game that count toward a Mission Attempt and NOT to the Missions Passed Stat *BUT* eventually get washed out from some other Mission later on. For instance there is THREE total Chiliad Challenges that you must complete and you'll get TWO total Offsets from this, however, completing NRG-500 Challenge, you will get +1 added to the Missions Passed Stat and NOTHING ADDED to the Mission Attempts Stat!

UNLIKE Mobile, the Gym Moves add +1 to the Mission Attempts Stat and NOTHING to the Mission Passed Stat! For PS2 V1, the Gym Red Markers will always give you Mission Attempts, so touching them after passing the Gym Moves is not wise!

Driving School and Flying School have TWO Red Markers. You enter the first one, then it makes you enter a second time to finally start the Schools which cause Offsets.

Even though there is 7 Quarry Missions and 8 Trucking Missions, only 6 Quarry Missions and 7 Trucking Missions offset the Stats. The final Quarry and Trucking Mission both add +1 to the Mission Attempts AND Missions Passed Stat.

***VERY IMPORTANT*** - After the Mission "King in Exile" which is actually just a cutscene in The Country, you can get calls from Cesar about stealing the Cocaine from Big Smoke's Patriot goons and Sanchez goons. These calls continue until you pass "Yay Ka Boom Boom" in San Fierro. If you plan on assembling a Save for the lowest Mission Attempts, then you must be careful as these can be Stat Killers! IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE BOTH OF THESE MISSIONS, you will finish with 143 Missions Passed. If you complete just one, 144 Missions Passed. If you complete both of them, you will finish with 145 Missions Passed. I recommend actually completing both since once they are actually passed (even though they are not required for 100% to begin with), those calls from Cesar will NEVER RAISE THE MISSION ATTEMPTS STAT AGAIN! I did this in my Mobile Save! Not to mention, you can obtain the BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot from one of the two Yay Courier Missions and pass it at the same time which I already made a Video on. However, for my 2nd 100% Save on PS2 to get 163 Mission Attempts, I actually skipped all of his calls ENTIRELY! How? You have to sort of speedrun all of The Country and San Fierro Missions from King in Exile to Yay Ka Boom Boom which is easier said than done. The Missions themselves are not an issue, but you can not save in between and it's always a good idea to be inside an Interior/Vehicle as much as possible as well as with any kind of Wanted Level. Being ON a Mission itself will not allow Cesar's calls to come in, either. If you just zip through these Missions, continue to be driving a Vehicle when not on a Mission, and have some kind of Wanted Level when you step out of the Vehicle and into the Red Marker for the next Mission will help out tremendously to achieve this!***
