This is not used in the video, but I also recommend SkyGFX https://gtaforums.com/topic/750681-skygfx-ps2-and-xbox-graphics-for-pc/ -- makes the colors warmer like on PS2.

SilentPatch fixes a bunch of issues (it's like a huge patch for the game that just improves everything)

GInput adds support for Xinput (Xbox etc.) controllers, and you can seamlessly switch between controller and keyboard/mouse, just like modern games.

Widescreen Fix is... well, a widescreen fix.

1.0 version of the game is REQUIRED. I am playing the Steam version, downgraded to 1.0 (https://gzwn.net/gta/sa/GTASA_12-9-14_Steam_to_V1_DG.exe)

With these few mods I believe you will have the optimal experience of playing the GTA games today. I know there are graphics enhancement mods like ENB, but I think they distract too much from the original look of the games.
