Arguably the most painful part of the Cayo Perico heist is the start - scoping out the island to gather intel. The best time saver you can do is to take a bike and jump over the first checkpoint. You can then ride it all the way to the communications tower and have it all done in under 10 minutes (when normally it will probably take over 20).
The most important points:
1) Line up the bike correctly as shown at 0:10. You can wait here for the right moment to make your jump and won't get spotted
2) Use the pause screen map to check the position of the guard in the tower - he is the only one you need to worry about. Don't rely on the mini-map radar, it's hard to see with all the other overlapping cones of vision.
3) Lean back on your bike as you hit the ramp to jump, and then forward to level it once airborne.
