Install:
Extract, drag and drop in 'GTAV Root Folder\Scripts' Folder.
Setting:
Open killstreak.ini
Cooldown - Number of seconds before killstreak reset (default: 10)
Radius - Area of GTA World that count into killstreak (default: 4000)
keyEnable - Change Mod Enable key
