I don't seem to get the frame rate or "impressive" graphics that lots of people have claimed to get, even with a GTX 970 on "just" 1080p.

This is the best the game has looked for me at close to a 60fps frame rate. I can make it look better, but it only gets about 40 or 45 fps, and it hitches a lot.

So this is the best I can get the game to look and play simultaneously, with a GTX 970 and a core i7 3.6 CPU.

If somebody knows how to make this game look and run better, I'd be willing to listen.
