This challenge requires you to navigate through portals... ugh. For this challenge, all you have to do is finish. Unfortunately Pollo Power doesn't really help here since you have to dodge at the end and it's very difficult to switch between forms. Here's what works best:
Move under the first orange portal and jump straight up.
Carefully move right (while in the air) and jump into the next portal (careful not to go too far right).
Dashing Derpderp to the right.
Rooster Uppercut.
Dodge through the red vines.
Change to Chicken Form while staying in the middle while falling.
