The final instance of Echoes of the Past. I hate the last boss, the fight just goes on and on and on. I am pretty sure it also bugged out for me the last vortex crystal was most likely inside the wall. The good news is you can still kill the boss with damage when it's low enough.

Malevolent Memory is urgh...Just like before you need to get the Fragile buff on you and get it onto a Vortex Crystal then hit said crystal. However he's a jerk with his AoEs and sometimes puts the fragile causing bubbles inside his AoEs causing you to have to wait since you'll just die if you try to grab them then...

After that he'll repeat the gimmick of needing attunement so you'll need to kill one of the little Facets again to get the proper attunement and then get the fragile buff and pass it onto a crystal and hit it. Rinse and repeat...

I am so lucky I did not disconnect or anything since having to repeat this instance wouldn't be much fun IMO. However the story you get at the end is pretty damn cool stuff. Now you basically know what the vision was pointing towards, some plot points from the beginning of the season are being addressed, etc. Like the motivation of the Master of Peace.

The only thing I think we probably could use to see is Rytlock. But maybe that'll be a part of the next season since now it's kind of impossible to tie him into things with Modremoth around. Going back to the ghosts in Ascalon would be hard.

But yeah, aside from some bosses that drag on and the rewards in the Silverwastes not being worth it I'd give the patch an A grade. The music, the visuals, the lore are all very well done. It also does a good job of getting you excited for the next episode. Big things really are going to happen after that reveal.
