in this fight play night sigil/raging storm because stormsoul doesn't work on this target in the first phase. also it can't be disabled in the first phase meaning only 1 stack from shock blast/crashing font and none from wind storm. but in the first phase at least you can precast 5 stacks before starting and after 50% you have btth so it is worth taking raging storm to do more damage during 100-50% imo.
