13i went and grinded a bit more, the final number hasn't changed by that much (300 more dps) but my rotation is cleaner overall and the in between numbers are better. i believe that with more grinding & better rng & faster execution it could be pushed to 35k+. This build provides on average: 15 might, 97% fury, 70% prot, 63% vigor, 30% swiftness, 74% resolution and some aegis (log with only alacrity/10might from the console and without using fire 5 so as you can see the boon generation https://dps.report/pBmU-20240116-231608_golem). This makes it a good choice boon wise to replace a qherald. At the same time due to the nature of it's quickness application method, it is more prone to mistakes and suffers during downtime so taking more boon duration in actual fights is adviced
