I personally really like Shiverpeak areas. Some of the more beautiful looking areas IMO.
Lore wise the Norn are also pretty cool. The Spirits of the Wild just seem so much more concerned about their people than the Six Human Gods. Owl, Ox and Wolverine actually gave their lives to protect the Norn from Jormag. Although of course that may mean he absorbed their magic but that was better than letting the Norn get wiped out entirely.
