Now THIS, this is where we get into the good stuff. I'll be honest this boss gave me trouble and this was before any guides were out, the patch was still fresh! There's just so much AOE aimed at you here so glass cannon builds.....probably hurt more than help for battles like this.

There are no NPC allies to revive you or assist either, which although made things annoying/more time consuming still made it a more interesting fight. It was pretty cool for the most part but can drag on a bit, it's a bit frustrating when you're one hit away from killing the boss and then you have to go through killing the tendrils AGAIN just for one measly hit.

I think ranged weapons probably are the best unless you do have a character with some defensive stats.

Also note for the HUGE AOE that covers the entire area, you need to dodge roll at the right time. Supposedly jumping works too but dodge rolling is safer. Just time it for when it's about to reach maximum red.

After the fight you get another very crazy cinematic. What's the meaning of this one? I don't know, I think it is foreshadowing a new area of some sort. But then it tricks you up and almost makes you think of Kralkatorrik. Some think it means Elona is next, others think Crystal Desert. I'm not sure but CD does seem to be the most likely. We've had hints of the Zephyrites perhaps hiding something relating to Glint and it would explain the big structures almost reaching past the sky too.
