You just normal jump, delay air-dash and aim to hit j.H as low as possible. No, they can't throw you afterwards, given you do it right (same as previous one).

Honestly it's actually hard for me to say which one is easier. On the one hand, this one needs less buttons to press and has simpler execution overall. On the other hand, I feel like it's actually harder to time j.H, because FDC kinda helps to hit low out of the box. Pick your poison.
