To give more perspective, I've compared the damage with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-xK-2CveBI. Seems cross up does bit more damage even without a wall break, because 2k proration + RRC is just bad for damage. But RRC combo does give you positive bonus, thanks to the WB.
