Guilty Gear XX AC+R changes only Ky dust etc mix up tricks examples part 5?
29Again more examples of +R only mix ups using dust and other things... Obviously not extensive just examples.. Remember to watch the videos before this as well if there is any confusion as to whats going on. As we established in earlier videos how safe something like f+hs to dust is itself. Now lets look at how it hits as well.. So first we see in AC there is no mix up to something like this, it can be blocked always with back.. This is of course now changed because ky can move before the dust hits and cross over the opponent changing which way they have to block. However this can be stopped by a opponent if they choose to duck block in any direction.(UNLESS although not shown if the opponent has fallen the wrong way, which normally in match would only happen if you just hit with a ride the lighting, or if you do the FD run stop to cross over a body which I showed how to do in other videos)... So of course now for this I show a overhead mix up to this as well to discourage this...
After this I show some again more examples of dust recovering fast enough to allow you to get some tricky wacky sorta mix ups not normally possible as well as using dust cancel to recover faster.
Next part is showing a sorta example assuming you missed your sweep to fireball FRC combo, well you can default to jump back dust now and you will recover in time to stop the opponent from teching out of this even if you mess up, so reseting the pace of the match at least to say...
Next part is showing how orb sucks in now, so you can get some sorta wacky mix ups where the opponent is cornered but not quite enough that they stil cant be crossed up. You can also do some simultaneously hitting stuff with this as well that is not show, as well as some backwards attack attacks from this to.. but again just trying to give a example, not showing extensive things here.
Theres of course lots more sorta wacky shenanigan sorta stuff you can do as well, maybe ill post some more other tidbits another time..
