As one of the ele's in my group assigned to prioritize might over DPS, my rotation and utility selection are a little different from what I'd normally run.

To hold a Charged Soul in place for a decent amount of time, use:
Frozen Ground - Glyph of Storms in water if up - Healing Rain on zerg - Air - auto - Overload Air - Earth - Shock Wave - Eruption - auto - Overload Earth - Eruption - DPS and call for more CC. Frost Bow is also useful for chill from Frost Fan and Deep Freeze but isn't necessary for this fight.
