Since as the 2h sword guardian skills work so well together to deal aoe damage, it's more efficient to kill multiple mobs at once than killing them one by one. It can be done with all kinds of mobs as you can pull even ranged ones close. But it's best if they spawn close to each other.

The perfect combination is:
Binding Blade - pulls even ranged mobs close, deals aoe damage, knocks down
Symbol of Wrath - deals aoe damage, buffs retaliation
Leap of Faith - deals aoe damage, blinds enemies, gives a long retaliation buff with Symbol of Wrath
Whirling Wrath - deals nice aoe damage, dispels conditions with Symbol of Wrath
Strike (auto attack) - since all other skills should be on cd finish them of with your melee aoe auto attacks
