Took me about 15 tries with my guard until I found the right utilities.

Phase 1 is fairly easy with guard, just run around and kite the shadows in the white absorb thing then pick up the orb and make sure when you throw it no shadow is right behind you because it will insta kill you. Do this three times then phase 2 will start. You should kill the pull-orbs with the staff. You dont need any reflects since you can simply tank her attacks out, use "Retreat" and "Symbol of Swiftness" to gain swiftness during phase 1, may heal once before Phase 2 starts.

Phase 2 is not that hard, the key is to not panic out and use a skill you dont need right now. Use "Save Yourselves" to gain vigor. Both other shouts are used for cripple and weakness remove (Condi remove on shout). If youre unsure wheter youre inside a AoE or not use "Shield of Wrath", "Renewed Focus" or "Shelter" to make sure you survive it. Also you can count to three and dodge inside the AoE like with Alpha in CoE. Just kite her to death with the scepter attacks.

I used "Slice of Candied Dragon Roll" and a "Sharpening Stone" as food my gear is zerker with scholar runes and some Power/Toughness/Precision accessoires.
