This is a very short compilation of Berserker gameplay in WvW. It starts with clips from the no downed state week, and contains both roaming and pug zerging. A heads up, I'm a noobzerker, I've never played a Berserker before. So my skills rotations are off. But it has been a blast so I thought to share the potentials of Power Berserker in WvW.

I was testing different traits, utilities, and elites, so the builds are not exact matches. You should most definitely change things up as you see fit. As a former Reaper during HoT days, I love the in your face style of Berserkers. The risks and rewards are high.

Without proper group support, Berserkers are hard to play. Scourges can corrupt you and make your life hell. Berserkers are weak to corrupts and condi's. Plus there's zero ranged pressure from Berserkers so if your raid is sieging a keep, there's not much you can do other than yell harsh language at the enemies. If you play with commanders that drive pirateship style, then Berserker's not going to be effective at all.

Currently Berserkers do not replace any meta classes. But it's arguable that Berserkers compete with Heralds well especially if your raid is tight and pushes for melee bombs all the time. Herald excel at 1200 ranged bombs while Berserkers excel at melee cleaves. Double Arc Divider is sick and deadly.

Anyways, as a Scourge, I'm happy to see a hard hitting pure melee class be viable given the right conditions. The big question now is if Anet will nerf Arc Divider and if so, how will they nerf and compensate for it. Until then, I've been having great fun on the Berserker. You should give it a try!
